Design thinking is a creative problem-solving — and opportunity-finding — mindset and methodology with a bias toward action that puts the emphasis on empathizing with the customer, clearly defining the problem, collaboratively ideating solutions, and then prototyping and testing those solutions.

Creative writing with Alex Aron, Creative Director Graffiti PR. Creative writing is any writing that goes outside the bounds of normal professional, journalistic, academic, or technical forms of literature, typically identified by an emphasis on narrative craft and character development. Alex, Creative Entrepreneur and creative facilitator, will share his knowledge about building the characters, the atmosphere and the dialogue between brands and consumers in a current and cool manner.
